Points to pay attention to when using neon transformers

When the leakage magnetic neon lamp transformer is used in large quantities in the project, due to the high power consumption and low power factor, the influence of power factor should be considered when calculating the current and selecting the wire diameter. Generally, it is advisable to select a wire with a current density smaller than that. Neon transformers are equally shared on each phase of the three-phase power supply as much as possible.
 
  1. Once the neon light electronic transformer fails, it must be restarted after the failure is eliminated to resume normal operation. The length of the electronic transformer lamp tube must be basically the same as the rated value, and it should be noted that when the length decreases, the working current increases instead.

 
  1. Generally, it should not be operated in rain or snow. Neon rain and snow sensor controller should be installed when conditions permit, and the probe should be dust-removed at least once every six months.
 
  1. Regular inspections during the use of neon light transformers. If faults such as "squeaking" high-voltage sparking sound and non-lighting are found, they should be shut down and repaired in time to prevent further damage.
